В конкурсной программе «Балтийских дебютов-2015» участвуют восемь кинолент, некоторые из которых будут показаны на территории России впервые. Программа включает в себя Российские премьеры, Кино для детей, Специальные мероприятия – творческие встречи и концерты – сольные выступления Льва Лещенко и Леонида Серебренникова и Киноконцерт 27 июля, в котором примут участие полюбившиеся зрителям артисты театра и кино.
Авторитетное жюри в этом году возглавит режиссёр, сценарист и народный артист РФ Владимир Хотиненко. Так же в состав жюри международного конкурса вошли: актриса Северия Янушаускайте (Литва), режиссер Раймо О. Ниеми (Финляндия), продюсер Йорг Лангер (Германия), режиссер, сценарист, продюсер Джонни О’Райлли (Ирландия).
